Frequently asked questions
How do I remove ads?
Open the shop and choose the “Remove Ads” purchase. Once it's applied, banner and interstitial ads are turned off on that device. If you get a new device, use “Restore Purchases” to bring it back.
My kitchen didn't earn anything while I was away — why?
Offline earnings are capped and depend on your upgrades. Make sure the app closed normally (not force-quit mid-save) and that your device date/time is set automatically, since idle progress is based on elapsed real time.
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
Progress is stored on your device, so it doesn't transfer automatically. If you're switching phones, contact us before deleting the app and we'll help where we can.
How do I contact support?

I made a purchase but it didn't apply, or I need a refund.
First try Restore Purchases in the app’s shop or settings. Because payments are handled by the stores, refunds are requested through Apple or Google Play. If something still looks wrong afterward, email us and we’ll help.
