- Instead of paying thousands up front for a website, you pay one simple monthly price. That covers the design and build, then hosting, security, and ongoing changes for as long as you subscribe — one team, one bill, no surprises.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fee on our standard plans — you start for the cost of your first month. Larger Custom projects may include a one-time onboarding fee, which we'll always agree with you before any work begins.
- How long until my site is live?
- Most Starter and Growth sites go live within two to four weeks, depending on how quickly we get your content and feedback. We agree the timeline together during discovery.
- What counts as a change request?
- Text and image edits, swapping content, adding a section or a new page, small design tweaks, and routine fixes. Bigger features are quoted separately, or included on Premium and Custom plans.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever your needs change, and the new rate applies from your next billing cycle. Your site and content come with you.
- Do I own my website?
- Your content, brand, and domain are always yours. While you subscribe we host and maintain everything for you; if you'd ever like to take the site in-house, just ask and we'll talk through a buy-out.
