This Privacy Policy describes how Ammaneh ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information submitted through ammaneh.com, including the "Start a Project" and "Support" forms. We don't have user accounts on this site, and we don't run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts here — the only data we collect is what you choose to send us.
Information We Collect
We collect information only when you submit it directly to us:
- Start a Project form: name, email address, business name (optional), and your message.
- Support form: name, email address, the site your question relates to (optional), and your message.
We also automatically log standard web-server data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and abuse prevention, in line with our hosting provider's infrastructure logging — we don't use this data for tracking or profiling.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry or support request
- To keep a record of our conversation with you or your business
- To detect and prevent spam or abusive submissions (a hidden honeypot field on both forms filters automated bot submissions before anything is stored)
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Form submissions are stored in Firestore, a Google Cloud database, and this site is hosted on Firebase App Hosting, also part of Google Cloud. A copy of each submission is also sent, by email, to our own inbox via Gmail SMTP, so a human sees it promptly.
Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site and process submissions on our behalf. We don't share your information beyond what's needed for them to provide that infrastructure:
- Google Cloud / Firebase (Google LLC): database (Firestore) and hosting.
- Google Workspace / Gmail: delivers the email copy of each submission to our inbox.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We don't use Google Analytics or any similar service on ammaneh.com.
Data Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and, for clients, to maintain a record of the working relationship. You can request deletion at any time — see below.
Your Rights & Choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@ammaneh.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
