Frequently asked questions
How do I go ad-free?
Open Settings → “Remove Ads” to make the one-time purchase. Ads are disabled on that device immediately. On a new device, use “Restore Purchases” to reapply it.
How do hints and notes work?
Tap the pencil to toggle notes and jot candidates into a cell. The hint button reveals a logical next step; the number of free hints and how to earn or buy more is shown on the hint screen.
I found a puzzle with more than one solution — what do I do?
Every King Sudoku puzzle is generated to have a single unique solution, so this shouldn't happen. If you believe you've found one, email us the puzzle ID (shown on the pause screen) and we'll investigate.
How do I contact support?
Email us at enisshelbaya@ammaneh.com or use our contact form. We usually reply within 2–3 business days. Telling us your device and app version helps us help you faster.
I made a purchase but it didn't apply, or I need a refund.
First try Restore Purchases in the app’s shop or settings. Because payments are handled by the stores, refunds are requested through Apple or Google Play. If something still looks wrong afterward, email us and we’ll help.
