Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Ammaneh LLC (“Ammaneh”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of King Sudoku (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the App to you.

The App, including its code, artwork, characters, audio, text, and design, is owned by Ammaneh LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, we reserve all rights.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve our products, without any obligation to you.

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
• Cheat, use unauthorized third-party software, exploit bugs, or otherwise tamper with the game or its in-app economy;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or the ad and analytics services it relies on;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including one-time items (such as removing ads) and virtual goods or currency. All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are governed by that store’s terms and payment policies; we do not process your payment directly.

Virtual items

Any virtual currency or items you buy or earn are a limited license to use them inside the App. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not transferable outside the App. We may manage, change, or remove virtual items, and we may adjust game balance and pricing over time.

Refunds

Except where required by law or the store’s policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. Because Apple and Google process payments, refund requests are handled through them — see Apple’s refund process or Google Play’s refund process. You may also have additional statutory rights as a consumer that these Terms do not limit.

King Sudoku is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third-party networks, and the products, services, and content they promote are the responsibility of those advertisers, not us. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and them. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled and your choices.

The App relies on services from third parties, including Apple, Google, and our advertising and analytics providers. Your use of the App through the App Store or Google Play is also subject to those platforms’ terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, and we may change the game’s content, features, or virtual economy. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Some updates may be required for the App to keep working.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ammaneh LLC and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ammaneh LLC harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or to protect the App or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at enisshelbaya@ammaneh.com so we can try to resolve it. If you are a consumer in the EEA or another region with mandatory local protections, nothing here deprives you of the rights and courts guaranteed to you by the law of your country of residence.

If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store, the following also applies. These Terms are between you and Ammaneh LLC only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

• This license is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (including by members of your Family Sharing group, where enabled).
• Ammaneh LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and for providing any maintenance and support for it; Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, and consumer-protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating or resolving any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual-property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of King Sudoku after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
